Fresh graduates with Bachelor’s, Master’s or MBA degrees join Claris either as Associates or Consultants, depending on personal background and expertise. Claris tries to give our consultants the widest range of exposure so that they become well-rounded. A Clarisian may have more experience in certain areas/industries, but we do not practice the policy of turning consultants into specialists.

We maximize the level of individual exposure for our consultants through case rotations. Case assignments, however, also depend on availability, experience, and personal interests.

To ensure a controlled growth with a good work-life balance for consultants, we are normally engaged in 1-2 cases at a given point, depending on the scope and scale of the project.
